We chose to highlight the Snook fillets in this recipe because they can not be bought at a market or in a restaurant, due to the fact that it is illegal to buy or sell Snook in any form in the US.
If you can catch yourself a fresh Snook from our Florida waters, this is a nice simple recipe that beginners will have no problem executing. Snook pairs well with various sides, wether you choose some frozen brocoli or do it up big with a side of seafood risotto!
