Over time the BLT has become an American staple in almost every diner. If the last few years have been any indication, bacon has begun to take over the culinary field. So, we saw fit to add this delicious BLT pasta salad to our Ingman Marine cookbook.
Whether for a side, a meal or a snack this delicious dish will be sure to satisfy anglers of any age. It is easy to make and relatively quick to whip up. We encourage you to take your best shot at it!

If you are one of the few that doesn’t enjoy pork bacon, you can switch to turkey bacon or even veggie bacon. Or maybe you aren’t a mayo fan? Try switching the mayo to Cesar dressing and the bacon to grilled chicken for a nice ‘Cesar pasta salad’.
If you want the salad to be more of a meal than a side dish, you can add ingredients to make it more hearty. Try adding sliced hard boiled eggs, avocado and some grilled chicken for a ‘cobb pasta salad’.
