We are happy to announce we will be partnering with USCG Flotilla 99 to host their "Suddenly in Command" boat safety course.

This course was prepared specifically by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary to instill confidence in those not usually at the helm of a boat. The course covers basic nautical vocabulary, the principles of boating and boating safety, as well as how to handle emergency situations. The course includes:
Anchoring & Docking Techniques
Stopping & Starting an Engine
Familiarization with Onboard Equipment
How to Call for Help
The course will also include descriptions of what causes boating mishaps and how to minimize them. "Suddenly in Command" is a must for all family members in case something happens to the boat operator.
